The natural gas distribution service is an industrial excellence of our country. The plants are given in concession by the local authorities to the operators: the law provides that the assignments are reallocated through tenders which, however, are stranded and have difficulty in taking off. CESISP has deepened the analysis of the administrative process of gas tenders, both in administrative issues and in aspects related to the new national energy scenario summarized in a report. The comparison – which involved Contracting Stations and Managers – has made it possible to identify the complications that have slowed the system and to share some simplifications that could contribute to facilitating the process, in a perspective in which the development plans should be adequately framed in coherence with the recent addresses of energy strategy and ecological transition
