The session will focus on the evolving space industry and the regulatory challenges and opportunities arising from the increasing involvement of private firms. In particular, the discussion will explore Italy’s new Space Economy Law, introduced in June 2025, and examine how regulatory frameworks may influence firms’ location decisions and the international competitiveness of national space ecosystems.
