In recent years, the world of public services and utilities—energy, gas, water, transportation, and waste—has changed rapidly: increasingly complex regulation, pressures on sustainability, investments in the ecological and digital transition, and growing expectations from citizens and regulatory authorities.
This context requires professionals who combine legal, economic, managerial, and interpersonal skills, specific to these types of companies.
The Master's Degree in Public Services and Utilities Management was created with this very objective: to transform training into skills that are immediately transferable to the job market.
It is aimed at young graduates who wish to enter the world of utilities with a recognizable and competitive profile, capable of approaching interviews and selection processes with a pre-established language and industry vision. As well as professionals and employees of public entities or service companies who wish to have the tools to lead innovation, sustainability, and digitalization projects.
Thanks to the partnership with Confservizi Lombardia and collaboration with companies in the sector, the master's degree program offers a combination of academic teaching and that of industry professionals, combining learning by doing with the provision of experiences and internships of specific interest.
