The Third Mission represents an excellence of DISEADE. By relying on the specialized knowledges and competencies of its academic members, the Department develops numerous and diversified initiatives of collaborations with the socio—economic context.

Members of Department are actively involved in commissioned research, consultancy and training to private companies, public administrations, institutions and schools.

Department hosts a number of research centers and university Spin-off.

In the 2016 it has been founded a university Spin-off named MIndLab SRL. The company manages the Platform Oysia – which provides highly qualified professional consultancy services to  companies and private about law, taxations, financial and business subjects.

The Spin-off has developed from the will to bring new generations closer to the world of high value added consultancy by developing a network that facilitates exchanges and by accompanying new entrepreneurship projects and start-ups, making professional users and qualified consultants available to them. This allows Italian SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) to overcome the limitation of territorial localism in order to facilitate access to highly qualified consultancy.

DISEADE promotes research, design and scientific collaboration with private and international and national audiences also through Longitudinal Research Centres concerned with business, economics and law disciplines as well as with interdisciplinary areas of application.
