Founded in 2016, the Observatory on New Entrepreneurship (www.onilab.unimib.it) is the natural evolution of a research activity carried out with constancy over the years on the issues of new entrepreneurship in Italy and the world. The Observatory makes use of the support and planning skills of entrepreneurs and managers sensitive to research topics and convinced of the need to guide young people – our new generations – in their study paths and the subsequent development of professional growth paths.

The Observatory aims to become a benchmark for the study of the complex phenomenon of new entrepreneurship: it proposes itself as an open space for new generations that will constitute the reservoir of our future professionals and as a meeting place between members of the Italian and international academic and scientific community and exponents of the world of economy, culture and civil society.
